Every journey begins with understanding your story — your routine, goals, challenges, and what “real life” looks like right now. From there, I build a plan that fits your lifestyle, not the other way around: food-first, practical, and designed around your week — using whole, minimally processed foods with simple structure, smart timing, and portion cues. Supplements are only considered when there’s a genuine gap or clinical need.
