Cycle-SYNC — Cycle-Smart Nutrition

Nutrition By Cycle-Phase

Cycle-Sync brings a phase-based approach to nutrition that aligns food choices with the four phases of the menstrual cycle. This supports more stable energy, improved mood, reduced cravings, and better training and recovery across the month — so your nutrition works with your cycle, not against it.

  • Cycle-specific nutrition guidance for each menstrual phase

  • Supporting energy, mood, and appetite through hormonal shifts

  • Food strategies to help manage cravings, PMS, and energy dips

For Teens & Their Families

Thrive provides a supportive structure to help teens and families build a calm, sustainable relationship with food. It focuses on confidence, routine, and practical habits that support growth, energy, and wellbeing—without pressure, restriction, or dieting culture.

  • Supporting parents to create a positive nutrition environment at home

  • Building body confidence and reducing food-related stress
