A focused, friendly first conversation tailored to your goals—ideal if you’re unsure whether the PureHer Starter Session (or coaching) is the right next step.
In this short call, we can cover:
your routine and day-to-day eating
key health background and preferences (including dietary needs)
activity level—and, if helpful, cycle details
for teens/families: the home context
I’ll also explain how PureHer support works (Fuel / Cycle-SYNC / Thrive), outline your options, and share clear next steps if you’d like to continue.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice
Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. The Starter Session fee covers your consultation, personalised plan, and follow-up check-in. For PureHer Coaching, payment secures your program start and included sessions/check-ins. A payment link or invoice will be sent after booking, and your booking will be secured once payment is received.
