PureHer Nutrition provides nutrition education and coaching designed to support healthier habits, confidence with food, and practical routines. Individual results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.
Scope of service
I provide evidence-based nutrition education, practical planning, and behaviour-support strategies. Where helpful, guidance may include cycle-smart considerations. My services are designed to complement—not replace—medical care.
Not medical care
I do not provide emergency services and I do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions or disease. If you require medical advice, please consult your GP or a qualified health professional. For urgent concerns, seek urgent medical care.
Referrals and exclusions
If your needs are outside my scope, I may recommend that you work with your GP and/or an appropriate allied health professional. This may include (but is not limited to) complex medical conditions, pregnancy/postpartum considerations requiring medical oversight, or eating disorder risk/history.
Supplements
My approach is food-first. Supplements may be discussed when appropriate; however, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
When additional medical support is needed
If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant/postpartum, or have a history/risk of an eating disorder, please let me know so I can confirm whether my service is appropriate and/or refer you.
Urgent concerns
For urgent concerns, seek urgent medical care.
