About Me
With a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Exercise), and years of experience living and learning across cultures, I’ve seen how food connects us — to our energy, our confidence, and our communities.
As a mother of two and an active lifestyle lover, I understand the challenges of balancing health, energy, and family life, all while maintaining a sense of self. I’ve walked the same path as many of my clients — learning how to fuel my body properly, letting go of the persuit of perfection, and trusting the process.
Parenting a teenage daughter has also shown me how important it is for young women to build healthy, lasting habits in a world full of mixed messages about food
That’s why I created PureHer Nutrition — to help women and teens navigate nutrition in a real, sustainable way that fits into everyday life.
