PureHer Coaching is a structured 8-week program for women, teens, and families who want ongoing guidance, accountability, and personalised adjustments as life, training, and cycles change.

What’s included

Initial coaching consult to set goals, priorities, and your starting plan

  • Fortnightly 30-minute consults (Google Meet)

  • Weekly check-ins (simple form + message feedback)

  • Plan adjustments as training, cycle, routine, or appetite changes

  • Support between sessions (responses within 24–48 business hours)

Program structure

  • 8-week minimum commitment

  • Clear structure — not open-ended or indefinite

  • Designed to support steady, sustainable progress (no extremes).

I offer flexible time zones for international clients

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice

Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. The Starter Session fee covers your consultation, personalised plan, and follow-up check-in. For PureHer Coaching, payment secures your program start and included sessions/check-ins. A payment link or invoice will be sent after booking, and your booking will be secured once payment is received.
